WALK & TALK THERAPY

WHAT SETS US APART

Life is full of transitions, stress, and moments that feel overwhelming. Walk & Talk therapy provides a safe, movement-based space to process emotions, manage anxiety, and develop DBT-informed skills you can use immediately in your daily life. Whether you’re a teen facing school stress, a college student adjusting to independence, an athlete balancing performance pressures, or a mom navigating postpartum life, outdoor therapy helps you feel grounded, focused, and empowered.

How Do We Meet for the First Session?

The first session will always be held virtually. We will complete an intake assessment where we focus on determing treatment goals for future sessions. We will also discuss location for future walk and talk sessions during this time.

What About the Weather?

Because Walk & Talk Therapy takes place outdoors, weather conditions are an important consideration. Sessions will continue as scheduled in light rain or cooler temperatures, and clients are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

In the event of severe weather I will contact you to reschedule or offer the option to meet virtually when appropriate. Your safety and comfort are always the priority.
