Virtual Therapy: Insurances accepted include Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, & Cigna

Walk & Talk Therapy: At this time we are not able to accept insurance and are self-pay only. Fees are noted below.

Intial session conducted via telehealth. This session will be a comprehensive intake to understand your needs, review consent, and set treatment goals. Location of session and weather policies will also be covered in this session.
Schedule your individual session in advance one to two weeks. Location of service will be provided at intake session.
Ideal for busy schedules, quick mental resets, or client’s who prefer shorter timed sessions.
Travel beyond 10 miles from Kernersville, NC is available upon request and subject to a travel fee of $1.00 per mile (round trip).
Travel requests beyond 20 miles may considered on an individual basis.
